Brand correction process
If you are a brand owner, manufacturer, or authorized representative of a product on Sniff and you believe any factual information is materially inaccurate, you may submit a correction request.
What happens after you submit
Within 14 days we will either:
- Correct the information and update the score where applicable
- Annotate the page with the dispute, with both positions visible
- Provide written reasons for declining, with reference to our sources
Submitting a correction does not waive any legal right. Sniff's documented good-faith engagement with this process is admissible in any subsequent proceeding.
What to include
- Specific product (URL or UPC)
- Exact claim that is incorrect (quote the text from Sniff)
- Source for the correct information (manufacturer label image, official product page, third-party lab report)
- Your role and contact info

If you're not a brand representative but you've spotted an obvious error (a typo, a clearly-wrong ingredient, a product showing the wrong image), email [email protected]. We read every message and fix what we can.
